407 – Tidbits without context

The road to hell might be paved with good intentions, but all the road signs read “Move fast and break things”.

We used to be too afraid to raise our voice and fight for a cause… but that’s beyond us now that we can boldly click to like it from the comfort of our screens.

In a world where we no longer need to be responsible for anything, how fitting it is that burning bright and fast without leaving any trace is our sole legacy.

You don’t actually have to be a masochist to understand the subtle hedonism implied in self-inflicted pain… just ask an athlete.

Disruption has become a holy word for young –and arguably smart– people… who never even question what exactly it is they’re disrupting or who has to mend the broken pieces left behind.

Love is not really a battlefield. A more accurate metaphor would be a friendly game of chess that, every once in a while, draws blood.
